Summary ideas

More thoughts on an overall flow. Slightly different than what we've been talking but using most of the same elememts:

Tom is walking through a thick jungle in Mexico. Passing eroded statues, hollowed out carvings, broken down buildings, etc. Small wisps of something follow him. He stumbles on a meditation circle of an indigenous tribe. they invite him into the circle

to pray/meditate/chant. he does, and then they pass around a bowl filled with an obviously psychedelic mixture. He hesitantly drinks a small bit. He looks up and the tribesman faces have turned to masks. They encourage him to drink more.

He does so as he tips backwards to drink all of it. The bottom of the bowl is also a mask.

Crazy things happen here. The masks from the tribal members/the wisps seen in the beginning continually haunt/chase Tom the rest of the video.

Tom experiences some obvious discomfort in his face/head.His face psychedelically splits in half.Contained within the psychedelic static is rotoscoped footage of Peace & Quiet performing.

More Crazy things happen.

Tom frantically runs up ziggurat steps to reach the ancient rocket ship waiting at the top. He jumps in and takes off. He winds up waking up/suddenly being on the airplane flying home.

He is confused but relieved. We see a final shot of the plane flying into the distance, but the tribal masks follow unnoticed in slow pursuit.
